Gloria Tam started her image consulting journey with a passion and aspiration to empower organizations and individuals to realise the potential within and to enhance personal and professional lives. A firm believer in promoting self-acceptance an confidence, Gloria has successfully conducted image management training seminar for many individuals and organizations.
With a keen interest in the sharing of knowledge and resources, she sits on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association and is also a subcommittee member of the Association of Image Consultants International (Singapore-South Asia Chapter). Gloria has been featured on PRIME magazine (Jan – Feb 2008), GAO FENG magazine (Feb – Mar 2008), and appeared twice on the MediaCorp Mandarin variety programme, Golden Age, in May and June 2008.
Effectively bilingual, Gloria has provided training for organisations which include Prudential, Strategic Wealth Management Pte Ltd, Mitsui & Co. (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd, the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), SAFTI MI (OCS), NTU Nanyang Business School, Ngee Ann & Republic Polytechnics, Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation (WINGS), The Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association, NTU Alumni Club, Officers’ Wives Club and church organisations.
Gloria was first certified with First Impressions, UK, and went on to train with Carla Mathis AICI CIM and Christina Ong AICI CIP to attain her Advanced Certification in Colour & Style with Body Beautiful Institute and the Academy of Imageworks Asia.
She holds a Bachelor Arts Degree (National University of Singapore), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (National Institute of Education, Singapore) and a Masters Degree in Behavioural/Health Sciences – Education (University of Sydney, Australia).
